Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our shoes are handmade to order, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunepebbla.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order ships in our branded packaging — shoes with shoe trees in a reinforced box, neckties rolled in tissue inside a protective sleeve, socks individually wrapped. If you'd like to add a gift note, include a message during checkout and we will add a handwritten card at no extra charge.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Handmade leather shoes: 5–7 business days. Each pair is handcrafted to order — cut, lasted, and stitched by hand.

Silk neckties & silk socks: 2–5 business days.

Nylon dress socks: 2–5 business days.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete, estimated delivery times vary by region:

Domestic: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

North America: 7–14 business days

Oceania: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 7–17 business days

Regional exceptions and postal constraints may apply.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All orders include free worldwide shipping, regardless of destination or order size. No minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Every shipment includes tracking so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at support@lunepebbla.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shoes fit? Should I size up or down?

Our shoes are sized in EU (European) sizing and are true to size for most feet. If you usually wear sportswear or sneakers (e.g. Nike), we recommend ordering one size down — sneaker brands typically run one full size larger than leather shoe sizing.

The full leather lining will soften and conform slightly with wear. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements and a size conversion chart.

What if my shoes don't fit?

If the fit isn't right, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us at support@lunepebbla.com with your order number and preferred size. We recommend reviewing our size guide or messaging us before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Are your socks one-size-fits-all?

Yes. All of our dress socks are one size. The nylon-spandex blend (90% nylon, 10% spandex) provides four-way stretch that accommodates most foot and calf sizes comfortably.

Products & Materials

What leather do you use for your shoes?

Depending on the style, our shoes are made from full-grain cowhide leather, waxed calfskin, lambskin suede, high-lustre cowhide suede, or pebble-grain leather. Every upper is cut from premium hides selected for grain density, texture, and consistency. All shoes feature full leather linings.

Leather is a natural material — grain patterns, texture, and patina will vary slightly between pairs, making each product unique.

What is Blake-stitched construction?

Blake stitching is a shoemaking method where the sole is stitched directly to the insole through a single seam. This produces a thinner, lighter, and more flexible shoe than Goodyear welted construction, with a sleeker profile and a close-to-ground feel. All of our shoes use Blake-stitched construction with combination rubber outsoles.

Are your shoes handmade?

Yes. Every pair is cut, lasted, and stitched by skilled artisans. There is no factory assembly line. The leather is selected by hand, the uppers are hand-stitched, and each pair is finished individually. This is why production takes 5–7 business days — handmade shoes cannot be rushed.

What are your neckties made of?

Our neckties are made from pure mulberry silk, yarn-dyed and woven on jacquard looms. The patterns are woven into the structure of the fabric — not printed on the surface. This produces a texture, depth, and weight that printed silk ties cannot replicate.

What are your dress socks made of?

Our nylon dress socks are made from 90% nylon and 10% spandex — lightweight, breathable, and designed to add zero bulk inside your shoes. We offer sheer, semi-opaque, ribbed, and opaque styles in a range of colours. We also carry a mulberry silk sock line for those who prefer natural fibres.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for leather shoes?

Polish regularly with matching shoe cream to maintain shine and nourish the leather. Use a soft cloth or horsehair brush to buff after each wear. Condition the leather every few months to prevent drying. Store with cedar shoe trees inserted to maintain shape, and keep in a dust bag when not in use. If the leather gets wet, let it air dry naturally — never use direct heat.

How do I care for suede shoes?

Brush regularly with a soft suede brush, always in one direction. Apply a suede protector spray before first wear. For stains, use a suede eraser and brush the nap back into shape. Store with cedar shoe trees and keep in a dust bag. Avoid wearing suede in heavy rain.

How do I wash the dress socks?

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent for longest life, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Do not bleach. Air dry flat or hang to dry — avoid tumble drying. Do not iron. Wash dark and bright colours separately to prevent dye transfer.

How do I care for silk neckties?

After each wear, untie the knot gently and hang the tie or roll it loosely. Do not iron directly — use a steamer on a low setting if wrinkles occur. Store flat or loosely rolled. For stains, take the tie to a professional dry cleaner experienced with silk. Do not attempt to wash silk ties at home.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Shoes must show no signs of wear on soles or uppers and must be returned with shoe trees and original box. Neckties must be uncut, unknotted, unstained, and in original tissue wrapping. Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How do I request a return?

Email us at support@lunepebbla.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. We offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us at support@lunepebbla.com with your order number and preferred size. Please note that exchanges may require additional production time as each pair is handmade to order.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged product — including manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, wrong items, or damage during transit — please contact us immediately at support@lunepebbla.com with a photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost required on your end.

Packaging

How are your products packaged?

Shoes: Shipped with shoe trees in a reinforced box with protective wrapping.

Neckties: Rolled in tissue inside a protective sleeve — never folded, to preserve the jacquard weave.

Socks: Individually wrapped.

For orders containing multiple items, products are grouped and secured for safe transit. Every order is packaged to arrive in the condition it left our workshop.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Wholesale and bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders. Wholesale orders are subject to a separate quotation and may have different lead times. Please contact support@lunepebbla.com for wholesale inquiries. Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
