14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unworn, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Shoes: Must show no signs of wear on soles or uppers. Must be returned with shoe trees and original box.
- Neckties: Must be uncut, unknotted, unstained, and in original tissue wrapping.
- Socks: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges & Sizing Issues
If your shoes do not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition. Please contact us at support@lunepebbla.com with your order number and preferred size. We recommend reviewing our size guide or messaging us before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product — including manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, wrong items, or damage during transit — please contact us immediately at support@lunepebbla.com with a photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost required on your end.

- All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Shoes are shipped with shoe trees in reinforced packaging. Neckties are rolled in tissue — never folded. Socks are individually wrapped.
- We guarantee a replacement or full refund for any product that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We guarantee all orders will be delivered to your doorstep with tracking provided.
