Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including color, texture, material, and sizing. However, actual colors and surface details may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of materials such as full-grain leather, suede, and mulberry silk. Leather is a natural material — grain patterns, texture, and patina will vary between pairs, making each product unique. Lunepebbla reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify pricing without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.
  • Each product is sold individually unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

Sizing & Fit

Please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, contact us at support@lunepebbla.com before placing your order. We are happy to help with sizing recommendations. Please note that handmade leather shoes may require a short break-in period as the leather conforms to your foot.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders include free worldwide shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination: 3–7 business days for domestic, 7–15 business days for international.
  • All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
  • Shoes are shipped with shoe trees and protective packaging. Neckties are rolled in tissue. Every order is packaged to arrive in the condition it left.
  • Lunepebbla is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original, unworn, unused condition with all packaging intact. Shoes that show signs of wear on the soles or uppers, neckties that have been knotted or stained, and socks that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
  • Lunepebbla is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country on international orders.
  • Please review your selected product variant (size, color, style) carefully before completing checkout.

Our Responsibilities

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality handmade products as described and photographed on our website.
  • All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • If a product arrives defective or damaged — including manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, or wrong items — we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • We will respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders. Wholesale orders are subject to a separate quotation and may have different lead times. Please contact support@lunepebbla.com for wholesale inquiries. Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
