Shipping policy
At Lunepebbla, every order is handmade with care and delivered with the same attention. All orders include free worldwide shipping, and — unlike most makers — all duties and taxes are included in the price you see. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Duties & Taxes Included
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and fees on your behalf, so your order is delivered to your door with nothing more to pay — wherever you are in the world. No surprise charges, no customs invoices, no delays waiting to release your parcel.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. Processing times vary by product:
- Handmade Leather Shoes: 5–7 business days (each pair is handcrafted to order)
- Silk Neckties & Dress Socks: 2–5 business days
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Shoes are fitted with shoe trees and wrapped in protective packaging. Neckties are rolled in tissue — never folded — to preserve the jacquard weave. Socks are individually packaged. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Worldwide Shipping
Every order ships free, regardless of destination or order size. No minimum purchase required, and no shipping charges added at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from our workshop to your door at any time.
Delivery Guarantee
Every shipment is fully tracked, and we stand behind its safe arrival. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will resolve it promptly — whether that means tracing the parcel with the carrier or arranging a replacement.
Packaging
Every product is packaged to arrive in the same condition it left our workshop. Shoes are shipped with shoe trees in a reinforced box. Neckties are rolled in tissue inside a protective sleeve. Socks are individually wrapped. Orders with multiple items are grouped and secured for safe transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email us at support@lunepebbla.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Lunepebbla cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
