Size Guide
Our shoes are sized in EU (European) sizing. If you usually wear sportswear or sneakers, we recommend ordering one size down. Use the converter and chart below to find your fit.

Fit Advice
How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Wear the socks you would normally wear with dress shoes.
- Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the big toe or second toe) on the paper with a pen held vertically.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (the wall) to the mark in millimetres.
- Match your measurement to the Foot Length (mm) row in the chart above.
Measure both feet — if they differ, use the larger measurement.
Leather Shoes — What to Expect
All of our leather shoes feature full leather linings that mould to the contours of your foot over time. The fit will feel snug on the first wear — this is normal and intentional. After 3–5 wears, the leather will soften and conform to your foot shape, creating a custom-like fit.
Do not size up to compensate for initial snugness. A leather shoe that feels slightly loose on day one will feel too loose after the leather breaks in. Trust your measured size.
Suede Shoes — What to Expect
Lambskin suede is softer and more pliable than leather from the first wear. It requires less break-in time and will stretch slightly more than polished leather. If you are between sizes, stay true to size — lambskin suede gives more than leather and will accommodate the extra room naturally.
Cowhide suede (high-lustre, pebble-grain) is denser and more structured than lambskin. It behaves more like polished leather in terms of break-in — expect a slightly snugger initial fit that softens gradually over the first week of wear.
I'm Between Sizes — What Should I Do?
If your foot measurement falls between two sizes on the chart:
For leather shoes: Choose the smaller size. The full leather lining will stretch and conform to your foot. A shoe that's slightly snug on day one will fit perfectly by day five.
For lambskin suede shoes: Stay true to size. Lambskin suede stretches more than leather, so the smaller size may become too loose.
For cowhide suede shoes: Choose the smaller size, same as leather. Cowhide suede is denser and stretches less than lambskin.
Wide Feet — Will Your Shoes Fit?
Our shoes are designed in a medium width. The full leather lining will stretch slightly across the width over time, accommodating moderately wide feet.
If you have very wide feet (EE or wider), the fit may be too narrow. We recommend measuring your foot width and contacting us at support@lunepebbla.com before ordering — we can advise on which styles offer the most accommodating fit.
Round-toe styles (Tassel Loafers, Penny Loafers) generally offer more room across the toe box than almond-toe styles (Horsebit Loafers).
Sneaker Size vs Leather Shoe Size
Sportswear and sneaker brands (Nike, Adidas, New Balance) typically run one full size larger than traditional leather shoe sizing. This is because sneakers are designed with thicker insoles, more internal padding, and a looser fit.
If you wear a Nike 43, your Lunepebbla size is 42.
The conversion is consistent across our entire range. Refer to the Sportswear (Nike) row in the chart above, then look at the EU (Leather Shoes) row in the same column for your Lunepebbla size.
Socks — Do They Affect Sizing?
Our nylon dress socks are ultra-thin (sheer, semi-opaque, or ribbed) and add virtually no bulk inside the shoe. They will not affect your shoe size.
If you plan to wear thick wool or cotton socks with our shoes, you may need to size up by half a size — but we don't recommend it. Our shoes are designed to be worn with thin dress socks for the best fit and the cleanest silhouette.
What If My Shoes Don't Fit?
If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unworn shoes in original condition can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
Please note that exchanges may require additional production time, as each pair is handmade to order. See our FAQ for full return and exchange details.
